  • We do not guarantee specific results from consulting services, sponsorships, or promotional collaborations.

4. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled calls, services, or events are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests for eligible products or services are processed within 30 business days.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, and media, is owned or licensed by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
